Olivier Salad
Olivier salad, also known as Russian salad, is a classic dish made with boiled potatoes, carrots, peas, pickles, and mayonnaise.
Ingredients - Serves 6
- Fresh dill - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
- Hard-boiled eggs - 3, chopped
- Pickles - 4 medium, diced
- Peas - 1 cup, boiled
- Carrots - 2 medium, boiled and diced
- Potatoes - 3 large, boiled and diced
