Poached Salmon with Dill Sauce

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Sour cream - 1 cup
- Fresh dill - 1 bunch
- Water - 2 cups
- White wine - 1 cup
- Lemon - 1, sliced
- Salmon fillets - 4 (6 ounce)
Let's Get Started
- In a large skillet, combine the lemon slices, white wine, water, and half of the dill. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Add the salmon fillets to the skillet, skin side down. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
