Let's Get Started

  1. Soak the skewers in water for 10 minutes to prevent them from burning.
  2. Thread the fish cakes onto the skewers.
  3. In a pot, add water, dried kelp, soy sauce, sugar, and minced garlic. Bring to a boil.
  4. Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium and add the fish cake skewers.
  5. Let it simmer for 20 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
  6. Remove the kelp and serve the skewers in the broth, garnished with chopped green onions.
