- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1/2 cup
- Wagyu beef - 1 pound, cut into 1-inch cubes
