Oaxaca Cheese Quesadilla

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
  2. Place a tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle a quarter of the cheese over half of the tortilla.
  3. Fold the tortilla in half over the cheese and cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 2 minutes.
  4. Flip the quesadilla and cook until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 2 minutes more.
  5. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and cheese.
  6. Serve the quesadillas hot with salsa, guacamole, and sour cream on the side.
