Oaxaca Cheese Quesadilla
A simple and delicious Mexican dish made with Oaxaca cheese and tortillas.

- Sour cream - To taste
- Guacamole - To taste
- Salsa - To taste
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Flour tortillas - 8
- Oaxaca cheese - 2 cups, shredded
Let's Get Started
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle a quarter of the cheese over half of the tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla in half over the cheese and cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 2 minutes.
- Flip the quesadilla and cook until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 2 minutes more.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and cheese.
- Serve the quesadillas hot with salsa, guacamole, and sour cream on the side.
