Norwegian Brunost and Mushroom Toast
This Norwegian-inspired toast features creamy brunost cheese and sautéed mushrooms on a crispy bread slice.

- Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Mushrooms - 8 ounces, sliced
- Brunost cheese - 4 ounces
- Sourdough bread - 4 slices
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
