Neer Dosa
Neer Dosa is a popular South Indian dish. It is a thin, crisp dosa made from a runny rice batter.

Let's Get Started
- Soak the rice in water for 4-5 hours or overnight.
- Drain the water and grind the rice to a smooth paste. Add water as needed to make a runny batter.
- Add salt to the batter and mix well.
- Heat a non-stick pan and grease it lightly with oil.
- Pour a ladleful of batter in the center of the pan and spread it evenly by tilting the pan in a circular motion.
- Cover the pan and cook the dosa on medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
- Once the dosa is cooked, fold it in half and then fold it again to make a triangle.
- Remove the dosa from the pan and keep it warm. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve the Neer Dosa hot with a chutney or curry of your choice.
