Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Soak the rice in water for 4-5 hours or overnight.
  2. Drain the water and grind the rice to a smooth paste. Add water as needed to make a runny batter.
  3. Add salt to the batter and mix well.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan and grease it lightly with oil.
  5. Pour a ladleful of batter in the center of the pan and spread it evenly by tilting the pan in a circular motion.
  6. Cover the pan and cook the dosa on medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Once the dosa is cooked, fold it in half and then fold it again to make a triangle.
  8. Remove the dosa from the pan and keep it warm. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  9. Serve the Neer Dosa hot with a chutney or curry of your choice.
