Nectarine and Blueberry Chutney
This sweet and tangy chutney is made with ripe nectarines and juicy blueberries, perfect for pairing with grilled meats or as a topping for cheese and crackers.
Ingredients - Serves 8
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Cloves - 1/4 teaspoon
- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Brown sugar - 1/4 cup
- Apple cider vinegar - 1/4 cup
- Red onion - 1/2 cup, finely chopped
- Blueberries - 1 cup
- Nectarines - 4, ripe, pitted and diced
