Nachos
These loaded nachos are the perfect appetizer or snack for any occasion. Packed with delicious toppings, they are sure to be a crowd pleaser!
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salsa - 1/2 cup
- Guacamole - 1/2 cup
- Sour cream - 1/2 cup
- Jalapenos - 1/4 cup, sliced
- Black olives - 1/4 cup, sliced
- Green onions - 1/4 cup, sliced
- Tomatoes - 1/2 cup, diced
- Shredded cheese - 1 cup
- Refried beans - 1 can
- Taco seasoning - 1 packet
- Ground beef - 1/2 pound
- Tortilla chips - 1 bag
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning and water according to the packet instructions. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Spread the tortilla chips on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Spread the refried beans evenly over the tortilla chips.
- Sprinkle the cooked ground beef over the beans.
- Top with shredded cheese, tomatoes, green onions, black olives, and jalapenos.
