  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  3. Add the taco seasoning and water according to the packet instructions. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Spread the tortilla chips on a baking sheet in a single layer.

  6. Sprinkle the cooked ground beef over the beans.
