Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Wash the mutton and chana dal thoroughly. Add them to a pressure cooker with turmeric powder, salt and enough water to cover. Cook for 4-5 whistles or until the mutton is tender.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add the onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add the ginger garlic paste and sauté for a few more minutes.
  4. Add the tomatoes, red chili powder and garam masala powder. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  5. Add the cooked mutton and dal to the pan. Mix well and cook for a few more minutes.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
