Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add grated ginger, minced garlic, and chopped green chili. Sauté for a minute.
  4. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
  5. Add the pureed tomatoes and cook until the oil separates from the masala.
  6. Add green peas and cubed paneer. Mix well.
  7. Add salt and kasuri methi. Mix gently.
  8. Cover the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.
  9. Add fresh cream and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  10. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  11. Serve hot with roti or rice.
