  3. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with cold water to make a slurry.
  4. Slowly pour the cornstarch slurry into the blueberry mixture, stirring constantly.
  5. Continue to cook for another 5 minutes, or until the soup has thickened.
  6. Remove from heat and let the soup cool slightly.
  7. Serve the mustikkakeitto warm or refrigerate for a few hours to serve it cold.
  8. Garnish with fresh blueberries or a dollop of whipped cream, if desired.
