Mushroom Sauce
This creamy mushroom sauce is perfect for adding flavor to pasta, steak, or chicken dishes.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Heavy cream - 1/2 cup
- Chicken or vegetable broth - 1 cup
- All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
- Onion - 1/2 medium, finely chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Mushrooms - 8 ounces, sliced
- Butter - 2 tablespoons

- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
