Mushroom and Asparagus Stir Fry
This delicious stir-fry combines fresh mushrooms and asparagus with a flavorful sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Vegetable broth - 1/4 cup
- Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Mushrooms - 8 ounces, sliced
- Asparagus - 1 bunch, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces

- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and vegetable broth. Set aside.
