- Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Chicken stock - 4 cups
- Coconut milk - 1 can
- Curry powder - 3 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Potatoes - 2, chopped
- Carrots - 2, chopped
- Onions - 2, chopped
- Mixed seafood - 500 grams
Let's Get Started
- Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onions, carrots, and potatoes and cook until the onions are translucent.
