  4. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are no longer pink.
  5. Add the sliced bell peppers and chopped tomatoes. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the chicken and vegetables.
  7. Cover the pan and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  8. Sprinkle garam masala over the dish and give it a final stir.
  9. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan bread.
