Ingredients - Serves 6
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Rose water - 1 teaspoon
- Slivered almonds - 1/4 cup
- Raisins - 1/4 cup
- Ground nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon
- Ground cardamom - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Milk - 4 cups
- Basmati rice - 1 cup
Let's Get Started
- Rinse the basmati rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a large saucepan, combine the rice, milk, sugar, cinnamon, cardamom, and nutmeg.
