  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and melted butter. Gradually add this to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  3. Heat a griddle or large skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake and cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  4. While the pancakes are cooking, make the pine nut butter. In a food processor, combine the pine nuts and honey and process until smooth.
