Ingredients - Serves 6

Let's Get Started

  1. In a large bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, and honey together until fluffy.
  2. Add the milk and mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking powder. Add this to the egg mixture and whisk until smooth.
  4. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Pour a small amount of batter onto the pan to make a small pancake. Flip it over when bubbles appear on the surface.
  5. Cook the other side until golden brown. Repeat this process to make more pancakes.
  6. Once the pancakes are cool, spread the red bean paste on one pancake and sandwich it with another pancake.
  7. Repeat with the remaining pancakes and red bean paste.
