Ingredients - Serves 6

Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, and honey together.
  2. Add the milk and mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
  5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the pan.
  6. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook the other side.
  7. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  8. Once the pancakes are cool, spread the red bean paste on one pancake and sandwich with another pancake.
  9. Repeat with the remaining pancakes and red bean paste.
