Ingredients - Serves 4
- Fresh mint - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Plain yogurt - 1 cup
- Cucumber - 1, grated
- Cucumber yogurt sauce - 1 cup
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Lettuce - 4 leaves
- Hamburger buns - 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced

Let's Get Started
- In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- While the burgers are cooking, make the cucumber yogurt sauce. In a small bowl, combine the grated cucumber, yogurt, lemon juice, and mint. Stir until well combined.
- To assemble the burgers, place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun. Top with a lamb patty, a slice of tomato, and a generous dollop of cucumber yogurt sauce. Cover with the top half of the bun.
- Serve the burgers immediately, with extra cucumber yogurt sauce on the side.
