Moroccan Spiced Lamb Burger

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  3. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  4. While the burgers are cooking, make the cucumber yogurt sauce. In a small bowl, combine the grated cucumber, yogurt, lemon juice, and mint. Stir until well combined.
  5. To assemble the burgers, place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun. Top with a lamb patty, a slice of tomato, and a generous dollop of cucumber yogurt sauce. Cover with the top half of the bun.
  6. Serve the burgers immediately, with extra cucumber yogurt sauce on the side.
