Ingredients - Serves 4
- Skewers - 4-6, soaked in water
- Fresh cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Fresh lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ground turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ground paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lamb leg or shoulder - 1.5 pounds, cut into 1-inch cubes
