Moroccan Braised Beef Ribs

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  2. Season the beef ribs with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the ribs and brown on all sides. Remove the ribs and set aside.
  4. In the same pot, add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.
  5. Add the cumin, coriander, cinnamon, and turmeric and cook for another minute.
  6. Return the ribs to the pot and add the beef broth, honey, and carrots. Bring to a simmer.
  7. Cover the pot and transfer to the oven. Cook for about 3 hours, or until the beef is tender.
  8. While the beef is cooking, prepare the couscous according to the package instructions.
  9. Serve the beef ribs over the couscous.
