Chicken Shawarma Bowl

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts with the shawarma seasoning and 1 tablespoon of the olive oil. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
  2. While the chicken is marinating, prepare the couscous according to the package instructions.
  3. Heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil in a grill pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and salt and pepper.
  5. To assemble the bowls, divide the couscous between four bowls. Top with the grilled chicken, tomatoes, and cucumber.
  6. Drizzle the tahini sauce over the top of each bowl before serving.
