  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Rub the pork belly with salt and vinegar, then place it in the oven for 1 hour.
  3. After 1 hour, increase the oven temperature to 200°C (400°F) and cook for another 30 minutes until the pork is crispy.
  4. While the pork is cooking, prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and cornstarch in a pan over medium heat. Stir until the sauce thickens.
  5. Once the pork is done, let it cool for a few minutes before cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Pour the sauce over the crispy pork and serve.
