  1. Rinse the dried baobab leaves in cold water to remove any dirt or debris.
  2. In a large pot, heat the palm oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the chopped onion, tomatoes, and pepper. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the soaked stockfish, smoked fish, ground crayfish, seasoning cubes, and salt. Stir well.
  5. Pour in the water and bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce the heat to low and add the dried baobab leaves. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
  8. Serve hot with your choice of swallow (e.g., fufu, pounded yam, or eba).
