- Wooden skewers - 8, soaked in water for 30 minutes
- Cherry tomatoes - 1 cup
- Onion - 1, cut into 1 inch pieces
- Green bell pepper - 1, cut into 1 inch pieces
- Red bell pepper - 1, cut into 1 inch pieces
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Honey - 1/4 cup
- Soy sauce - 1/2 cup
- Beef sirloin - 1 pound, cut into 1 inch cubes
