Let's Get Started

  1. Blanch the noodles in boiling water until they are soft, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a separate pot, boil the fish balls until they float to the top, then remove and set aside.
  3. In a pan, heat the lard and sauté the garlic until it is fragrant.
  4. Add the minced pork to the pan and cook until it is no longer pink.
  5. Add the soy sauce, vinegar, and chili sauce to the pan and stir to combine.
  6. Add the noodles to the pan and toss to coat them in the sauce.
  7. Add the bean sprouts and fish balls to the pan and stir to combine.
  8. Serve the noodles hot, garnished with spring onions.
