Let's Get Started

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add shrimp and chicken breast, and stir-fry until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Push the shrimp and chicken to one side of the wok, and pour beaten eggs onto the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
  5. Add cooked yellow noodles, cabbage, carrot, and bean sprouts to the wok. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, ketchup, chili sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Pour the sauce over the noodles and vegetables. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes to combine all the flavors.
  7. Remove from heat and serve hot. Garnish with chopped green onions and sliced red chili, if desired.
