Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they start to splutter, add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chillies, sauté for a few more minutes.
  3. Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and coriander powder. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the spices are well blended.
  4. Add the paneer and peas to the pan, mix well to ensure they are coated with the spices.
  5. Add salt and a cup of water, cover the pan and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle garam masala over the curry and mix well.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
