Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they start to splutter, add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
  2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chillies, and sauté for a few more minutes.
  3. Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the spices are well blended.
  4. Add the green peas and a little water, cover the pan and let it cook for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add the paneer cubes and garam masala, mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
