Mango Chicken
This delicious mango chicken is a flavorful combination of tender chicken, sweet mango, and aromatic spices.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Coconut milk - 1 cup
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
- Curry powder - 1 tablespoon
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1 medium, chopped
- Mango - 1 large, ripe
- Chicken breasts - 4 boneless, skinless
Let's Get Started
- In a large skillet, heat the cooking oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté until the onion is translucent and fragrant.
- Add the curry powder, turmeric, and cumin. Stir well to coat the onions and spices.
