Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Soak the cashews in warm water for 10 minutes, then grind into a smooth paste.
  2. Heat the ghee in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
  3. Add the ginger, garlic, and green chillies to the pan and sauté for a few more minutes.
  4. Add the cashew paste to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the paneer cubes to the pan and mix well to coat them in the gravy.
  6. Add the milk and salt to the pan and simmer for 10 minutes, until the gravy thickens.
  7. Stir in the fresh cream and remove from heat.
  8. Serve the Malai Korma hot with naan or rice.
