Civic Center Cevapi

Let's Get Started

- Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Shape the mixture into small sausages, about 3 inches long.
- Preheat a grill or a grill pan over medium heat.
- Grill the cevapi until they are browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
- Serve the cevapi in flatbread with chopped onions and a dollop of sour cream.
