Maine Crab Cakes

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Egg - 1, beaten
- Saltine crackers - 1 cup, crushed
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Hot sauce - 1/2 teaspoon
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise - 1/4 cup
- Maine crab meat - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, parsley, green onions, crushed saltine crackers, and beaten egg. Mix until well combined.
