Let's Get Started

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped kimchi, flour, water, egg, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Pour the batter into the pan and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped green onions over the top of the batter.
  5. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown.
  6. Flip the pancake over and cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until the other side is golden brown.
  7. Remove the pancake from the pan and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
  8. Serve hot with a side of soy sauce for dipping.
