Lomo de Cerdo

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons

- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Pork loin - 1.5 lbs
Let's Get Started
- In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, black pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice to make the marinade.
- Place the pork loin in a large ziplock bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the meat. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.

- Remove the pork loin from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
