  2. Place the pork loin in a large ziplock bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the meat. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the pork loin from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
  5. Grill the pork loin for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  6. Remove the pork loin from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  7. Slice the pork loin into thin slices and serve hot.
