Let's Get Started

  1. Place the loganberries, water, and sugar in a large pot.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Use a potato masher or the back of a spoon to crush the berries and release their juice.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing on the solids to extract as much juice as possible.
  5. Stir in the lemon juice, then let the drink cool to room temperature.
  6. Refrigerate until chilled, then serve over ice.
