Loganberry Drink
A refreshing, sweet, and tangy beverage made from fresh loganberries. Perfect for summer!
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Water - 4 cups
- Loganberries - 2 cups, fresh or frozen
Let's Get Started
- Place the loganberries, water, and sugar in a large pot.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Use a potato masher or the back of a spoon to crush the berries and release their juice.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing on the solids to extract as much juice as possible.
- Stir in the lemon juice, then let the drink cool to room temperature.
- Refrigerate until chilled, then serve over ice.
