Let's Get Started

  1. In a large pan, cook the ground pork over medium heat until no longer pink.
  2. Add the cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in the soy sauce and remove from heat. Let the mixture cool.
  4. Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each spring roll wrapper. Fold the sides and roll tightly.
  5. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Fry the spring rolls until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes.
  7. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
