- Red onion slices - 4
- Tomato slices - 4
- Lettuce leaves - 4
- Hamburger buns - 4
- Barbecue sauce - 1/4 cup
- Pineapple slices - 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Ground beef - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the ground beef with salt and pepper and form into 4 patties.
- Grill the patties for 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- Grill the pineapple slices for 2 minutes on each side, or until they have nice grill marks.
