Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper and form into 4 patties.
  3. Grill the patties for 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  4. Grill the pineapple slices for 2 minutes on each side, or until they have nice grill marks.
  5. Spread the barbecue sauce on the bottom halves of the hamburger buns.
  6. Place a lettuce leaf, a burger patty, a pineapple slice, a tomato slice, and an onion slice on each bun bottom.
  7. Top with the bun tops and serve.
