Five Spice Pork Burger

- Tomato slices - 4
- Lettuce leaves - 4
- Hamburger buns - 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, finely chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Chinese five spice powder - 1 tablespoon
- Ground pork - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, five spice powder, minced garlic, chopped green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into 4 patties.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
