- Egg yolks - 4
- Cream - 1 cup
- Butter - 4 tablespoons
- Lobster tails - 4
Let's Get Started
- Cook the lobster tails in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain, cool, and remove the meat from the shells. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
