  1. In a bowl, combine the garlic, cilantro, paprika, cumin, cayenne, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. This is the chermoula marinade.
  2. Add the fish fillets to the bowl and turn to coat them in the marinade. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat your grill or broiler. Cook the fish for about 5 minutes on each side, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
