Lobster Hashbrowns
A luxurious twist on a breakfast classic, these lobster hash browns are perfect for a special brunch or dinner side dish.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Chives - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Potatoes - 2 large, peeled and grated
- Lobster meat - 1 cup, cooked and chopped
Let's Get Started
- Place the grated potatoes in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
- Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the grated potatoes, spreading them out in an even layer. Cook until golden and crispy, about 10 minutes.
- Flip the potatoes and cook on the other side until golden and crispy, about 10 minutes more.
- Stir in the lobster meat and cook until heated through, about 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the chopped chives before serving.
