New England Lobster Roll
A classic New England sandwich, made with fresh lobster meat mixed with mayonnaise and served on a grilled hot dog bun.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Hot dog buns - 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Chives - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise - 1/4 cup
- Lobster meat - 1 pound, cooked and chopped
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine the lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Spread butter on the outside of the hot dog buns and toast them in the skillet until golden brown.
- Fill the toasted buns with the lobster mixture.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional chives if desired.
