Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Wash the potatoes and dry them thoroughly. Prick them several times with a fork.
  3. Rub the potatoes with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake the potatoes for 1 hour, or until they're tender and the skins are crispy.

  9. Top the potato skins with chopped green onions and serve with sour cream.
