Ingredients - Serves 4
- Fresh parsley - For garnish
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Parmesan cheese - 1 cup, freshly grated
- Truffle oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Linguine - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain, reserving some of the pasta water.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic oil. Drizzle in the truffle oil and toss again to distribute evenly.
- Add the Parmesan cheese and toss, adding some of the reserved pasta water if needed to create a creamy sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the pasta in bowls, garnished with fresh parsley.
