Linguine with Truffle Oil and Parmesan

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain, reserving some of the pasta water.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic oil. Drizzle in the truffle oil and toss again to distribute evenly.
  4. Add the Parmesan cheese and toss, adding some of the reserved pasta water if needed to create a creamy sauce.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the pasta in bowls, garnished with fresh parsley.
