Linguine with Provolone and Capers
This is a delicious pasta dish with a tangy twist from the capers and a creamy finish from the provolone cheese.

- Fresh parsley - For garnish
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Provolone cheese - 1 cup, shredded
- Capers - 1/4 cup, drained
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Linguine - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Cook the linguine according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
