Linguine with Crab and Asparagus

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Asparagus - 1 bunch, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- Crab meat - 1 pound, fresh
- White wine - 1/2 cup
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Linguine - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Cook the linguine according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the white wine to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the wine has reduced by half.
- Add the crab meat and asparagus to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender and the crab is heated through.
- Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the pasta is heated through.
- Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
