  1. Cook the lentils according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked lentils, onion, garlic, carrot, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into patties.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the patties and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  5. While the patties are cooking, make the garlic sauce. In a small bowl, combine the garlic, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and salt. Stir until well combined.
  6. Serve the lentil patties with the garlic sauce on the side.
